Tallow and Timber Soap Co was a business we never intended to create but was born from the need as a parent of a small child with super sensitive skin to find something better than the "sensitive skin soap" from the supermarkets that are packed with chemicals and numbers.

After our youngest daughter kept getting itchy and red marks on her skin after a bath or shower I checked the ingredients on the apparent "sensitive skin soap" to find a long list of products I had never heard of.

Our soap like all cold process soap need to be allowed to dry as much as possible in-between uses. By this I don't mean get the towel out and dry your soap! I mean it needs to be left on a soap holder that allows it to drain water and have air circulate around it.

Same goes for our dish soap, wet the soap do your dishes then tip the water off it and allow to dry. In other words, don't leave our soap sitting in a pool of water as it will not last as long as it should

Well its a 100% plastic free alternative to normal supermarket brought liquid dish washing liquid. We make and sell just the round disk of dish soap or you can buy it in a stylish black ramekin and refill it.
